SpeakUp! for Students

Talking about things like stress, relationships, mental health, and even drugs can feel hard and overwhelming, and you might not always know where to turn with your worries and concerns. SpeakUp! is here to create a safe space where you can have open, honest conversations with caring adults who truly want to listen. It’s a place where you can feel heard, understood, and supported so you can thrive in all parts of your life.

Want to make an even bigger impact?

Join the Student Leadership Team! As a student leader, you’ll work with other students to shape SpeakUp! events by choosing topics that matter to you and creating an environment where everyone feels safe to share. You’ll build leadership skills, strengthen connections with trusted adults, and be a part of changing the way we talk about life’s toughest topics.
